We’ve created our ‘Three for Free’ event to give artists the legal information they need most in bite size events, that won’t strain your brain or pocketbook. Presented by Arts Atty, Elizabeth Russell, and Art Licensing Coach, Jeanette Smith, the classes provide perspectives on both the legal and business sides, with the insights you need to understand most about our three key topics-Copyrights, Trademarks and Contract Language.  Each class is 45 minutes to one hour in length and is a live phone and online screen share presentation. 

Elizabeth Russell is one of the few lawyers nationwide who can really break down legal jargon, assess your needs, and illustrate the steps you must take to protect yourself into plain and simple English.

Jeanette Smith will add business and negotiation relevance to these concepts and practical steps to help artists and creators, whether you are currently operating a licensing business or are ready to begin learning the licensing process.
